EKON EMPRESA DE COMUNICACIONES SRL was founded in 1977. Since it was founded, EKON was in charge of the technical support and maintenance of PABX systems, installed by STANDARD ELECTRIC ARGENTINA, ITT, covering its warranty service, as well as the after-sales service and the maintenance of leased telephone exchanges. In time, our company’s activities broadened and diversified, acquiring a favorable reputation in the local market, thanks to our efficiency and know-how aimed to meet the needs of the local market. At present, EKON services and supplies equipment in Capital Federal and the provinces.  It keeps a total of 400 accounts, which include many of the most important companies and banks in Argentina, who have trusted us for our technical, financial and marketing capabilities.

In 2002 it was created itss security division and in 2004 Telnorm bought Explorer Satelital to provide outsourcing services and finally in 2006 to provide services and products to the Latin America market. Telnorm positions IPC as the Market Leader in Mexico.  Telnorm fully supports IPC service standards in Mexico (Quality Certify) 90% customer satisfaction. In 2009 Telnorm started operations in Bogota, Colombia.Telnorm is recognized as the leader provider for trading floors solutions
