Our Professional Services teams provide all the things you expect, like project management, inventory management, migration and risk-mitigation services. But we also routinely provide the unexpected. We offer profile customization services, in which we work individually with your traders in order to determine the custom configuration that optimizes his or her interaction with our products and services. Our Advanced Fault Management (AFM) specialists watch over your network 24 hours per day, every day of the year. If a problem occurs, our AFM team will notify you or (at your choice) simply fix it before it affects your business.

Testing You Can’t Do At The Office
Simulation testing is a valuable service IPC® provides our customers. IPC maintains several large research-and-development facilities around the world, including large performance test centers. Our most demanding customers use these test centers to try out some of the ideas they want to use in their production networks, but without ever putting their business operations at risk. Some customers conduct tests at scales so large that they couldn’t replicate them in their own environments – simulating up to 2,000 users and lines operating across multiple sites.
