IMR delivers a next-gen IP voice recording solution that is SIP based and designed to meet all of the global regulatory challenges, as well as, meet the ever changing requirements of IPC’s worldwide customer base.
NICE Trading Recording (NTR)
This next-gen IP voice recording solution for Alliance and SIP recording solution for Unigy was co-developed by IPC and NICE to support recordings from trading environment and all major recording interfaces, such as E1 and IP for PBX platforms like Avaya and Cisco. NTR meets regulatory requirements worldwide and helps to rapidly resolve disputes and clarify transactions, all by providing fast access to recorded calls.
