Unigy is the first Unified Trading Communications System that has been developed, from the ground up, with a resilient application platform.  The Unigy platform’s features have been built as applications that can be delivered to traders and across the business to research analysts, portfolio managers, risk & compliance managers, or anyone in trade support or IT operations.  More so, these applications can be delivered to specific traders, groups or targeted users for a cost effective utilization of each application.

With the launch of the Unigy platform, Applications can be leveraged across the enterprise to enhance speed, efficiency and productivity.
 
  • IQ/MAX Omni for mobility: a PC-based soft-turret that offers traders the ability to trade from anywhere.  The Omni application, which utilizes native VoIP and supports private lines, intercom and speakers, is the ideal tool for traders who are traveling, working remotely, or just want to extend their trading day.

  • IQ/MAX Sync for PC/Turret integration: a PC-based application that comes standard as part of  the IQ/MAX family of turrets.  Sync provides “remote call control” of the IQ/MAX turret with the ability to manage calls, speakers, directories and button sheets.  With Sync, traders can more efficiently manage their contacts so they can focus more on market data and trends.

  • Pulse Enterprise for collaboration: developed for non-traders to provide access to hoots, intercom and speakers.  The Pulse Enterprise has been designed to meet the constant need for collaboration between traders and non-traders across the trade lifecycle.

  • Unigy Presence for productivity: works across both the IQ/MAX family of turrets and the Unigy soft-clients, such as the Pulse Enterprise, to deliver a stream of information on the availability and locality of each user's contacts.  Once the Unigy Presence application allows users to prioritize their communications, they can then use IQ/MAX Sync to instantly connect to that contact.

  • FastFind for instant access:  performs a rapid search of all user contacts.  FastFind users will be able to launch a call, email or IM from the search results in less than two seconds.  FastFind works with both the IQ/MAX turret family and the Unigy soft-clients.

  • QuickDial for fast call control: provides a click-to-dial functionality from a user’s PC, with call control managed via any of the IQ/MAX turrets.  Now traders and other business users can save time by quickly launching a call from their Microsoft Outlook, contact directory, application or website.
