Get Enterprise-Wide Voice Recording
IPC’s IP Voice Recording (IPVR) systems help you maintain compliance wherever your traders roam, and whichever middle- or back-office specialists join in the conversation. IPVR offers the resiliency of multiple recording servers that can be located remotely from your trading centers. IPVR servers also can be geographically dispersed – yet still managed as one system. Our optional Compliance Analytics software can even generate an alert any time a user says a designated word.
Productivity and Mobility – with Compliance
IPVR allows traders to move throughout the enterprise as needed while having voice and speaker channels recorded from wherever they log on. IPC’s
EASe replicates each trader’s voice recording profile along with the rest of the trader’s configuration information, making it available at multiple enterprise sites. Even when using our
MAXaccess 1000® “soft turret” from any location that has a PC, phone and Internet connection, the trader’s voice is recorded.
Record Turret and PBX Calls With One System
With IPVR, you get a single network-based voice recording solution for users of turrets and IP PBXs, such as those from IPC® technology partners Cisco and Avaya. Administration, query and playback are performed through one interface, whether the user spoke through a turret or a PBX.
Maximize Insight with Compliance Analytics
IPVR’s optional Compliance Analytics software performs voice-to-text translation and indexes the results, enabling search-engine style queries and business analysis. Queries can be performed on archived recordings, or alerts can be generated in real-time whenever IPVR “hears” someone say a specific word or phrase. Such real-time alerts can be specific to individual traders.
Maximize Voice Recording Resiliency
IPVR is inherently more reliable than passive voice recording systems, which “sniff” your network looking for voice packets. Instead, IPVR is active – audio streams are duplicated in our
Alliance MX station cards and the duplicate stream is transmitted to the recording servers. In addition, multiple IPVR servers can be geographically dispersed; should one fail, recording is not interrupted as a different server takes over. These approaches support both thin-building and dual data center architectures.
Maximize Your IT Infrastructure
IPVR’s unified administration interface offers cost and management overhead reductions compared with traditional voice recording solutions. Integrated storage archival and retrieval solutions are available for IPVR. Alternatively, customers can use RAID arrays or other network-attached storage (NAS) devices, leveraging their existing data storage and backup infrastructure for greater cost effectiveness.
IPC’s Voice Recording Partners
IPVR is configured, installed and supported on an ongoing basis directly by IPC. The core systems are co-designed and developed by IPC and its recording partners, NICE Systems and CyberTech.
