How do I feel about working at IPC? It’s like your favorite movie. No matter how often you’ve seen it, it still pulls you in time after time. Breathtaking, exciting, action packed... every day. The days literally fly by. One minute you’re saying “Good Morning” and the next you’re running out the door wondering where the day went. That’s a day at IPC. We are constantly morphing, both individually and collectively as a company. We are always learning and always looking to improve our products, our systems, our production and ourselves. We strive to excel at what we do best, and to show our customers that they really are the most important people we have spoken to all day. We epitomize the word “team.” Communication is fluent throughout all levels ranging from team members to managing directors and VPs. In 1996, my journey at IPC began in the warehouse, receiving shipments and closing purchase orders. Twenty years later, I have a fantastic career in Information Technology and I’m in charge of IT Internal Audit. I feel fortunate to belong to a company that believes in, supports and challenges its employees, and fosters an environment where employees are recognized for IPC’s success. IPC invested in a young kid with only a theater background, and allowed me to prove my potential. I’ve had incredible growth opportunities with the help of IPC. I was able to invest and establish a career in IT, obtain certifications, get exposed to the latest technology, and excel to levels I never imagined possible. On top of that, I have found the best of friends in my co-workers, knowing some for as long as 15 years. There have been so many other opportunities in the world of technology presented to me over the last 20 years, but I never considered them because the best opportunity was right here at IPC.

When I step into my IPC office in the morning, I’m instantly cheered by familiar faces exchanging “hellos.” IPC has become a second home to me since starting in 1998.
