Everything you need to know to apply to IPC

How do I search for roles?

Browse open positions on our recruitment portal, iRecruitment. You can search using a keyword if you’re interested in a particular job function. Alternatively, search by geography by selecting the relevant country on our interactive map, or use the drop-down menu. You can drill down further by selecting city location.

How should I apply?

Log in or register on our recruitment portal, iRecruitment.

  • Enter your email, name and create a password
  • Upload your resume
  • Enter the required personal information

○     Please note: If you have uploaded a resume you do not need to add qualifications

  • Complete your job preferences

 

How do I apply directly to a role?

Once you have registered, browse through the roles we have open. To make an application, click on the "apply" button on the right side of each open role. Continue through the application steps completing all required fields. Please note that your application is not fully submitted until you click "finish."

Will I receive confirmation of a job application?

Once you have completed an application and pressed “finish,” you will be redirected to a screen confirming your application submission. You will also receive an email notification to confirm successful submission.

How will I know if I’m being considered for the role?

If you are being considered for a role, a member of our Human Resources team will contact you by email or phone.

How quickly will I be notified about my application?

Response times will vary depending on the role and the business area that you have applied to. It can be anywhere from 24 hours to a few weeks from the time you submit your resume.

Will I receive a response if IPC is not interested in my resume?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we are only able to respond to successful applications. If your application is being considered for a role, we will get in touch.

What happens to my information that is stored in the database?

If you are not selected for a role that you have applied to, your information will remain in our recruitment database and will be considered for future relevant positions. Should you be considered for a different role in the future, you will be contacted by our Human Resources team. If you have concerns about the storage of your personal data, wish to obtain a copy of your personal data, or have any further questions, please contact us at hr@ipc.com
