Robert Santella

Robert (Bob) A. Santella is the Chief Executive Officer of IPC. He has an accomplished career in the financial and capital markets spanning over three decades, including extensive experience across asset classes, ecosystem participants and front, middle, back-office trade life-cycle work-flows and systems.

Previously, Bob held the position of President of Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) Global Trading Group. As President of this group, he had responsibility for all trading, network, execution, energy and market data businesses. Bob joined FIS at the end of 2015 when FIS acquired SunGard. During his tenure with SunGard, Mr. Santella served as president of various groups focused on trading and brokerage solutions. Bob joined SunGard in 2010 through its acquisition of Fox River Execution Technology, where he was Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to Fox River, Bob held senior management positions at two alternative asset firms, SAM Investments and RAS Investments. He spent eight years as a senior manager at Price Waterhouse, where he held a senior leadership role within the Personal Financial Planning unit.

Bob holds a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He also holds the CPA designation and the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 99 securities registrations.

Bob was the recipient of the prestigious “CEO of the Year” award in the 2020 Markets Choice Awards.

In addition to his passion for the financial industry, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, traveling and cheering for all Philadelphia area sports teams.

Adam Bozek

Adam Bozek

As IPC’s Chief Administrative Officer, Adam Bozek oversees the company’s Legal, Risk, Security, Process Management and Human Resources functions. He also maintains Chief of Staff and M&A responsibilities for the company.

Before joining IPC, Adam was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rockwood Service Corporation, a privately held technology and services company. In his more than 25 years of legal, business, operations and management experience, he has also held senior executive positions with GE Capital, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and Paul, Hasting, Janofsky & Walker.

Adam earned his law degree at New York University School of Law and holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University. He enjoys playing golf and basketball and cheering for the Boston Red Sox.

David Brown

David Brown

As Chief Operating Officer of IPC, David Brown is responsible for global product, research and development, operations and support, leading significant, complex integration initiatives. During his tenure with the firm, David has contributed substantially to IPC’s growth and has served in a multitude of senior management roles including, most recently, as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of IPC’s Financial Markets Network. In this position he oversaw service, operations and delivery as well as all aspects of the Global Network Services business, including worldwide sales and marketing, engineering, product management, network operations and customer support. David has also managed IPC’s global trading communications solutions operations, led global network operations and product management for the Financial Markets Network business including multiple successful network acquisition and integration projects.

Prior to joining IPC in 2003, he held management positions at IXNet and Global Crossing, and also worked for Orange PCS and Rolls Royce PLC. A native of the U.K., David earned a B.A. from Sheffield Hallam University and resides in New York.

 

 

Craig Campestre

As IPC’s Chief Revenue Officer, Craig Campestre oversees the company’s global sales, marketing, client relationship management and sales engineering functions. Craig brings to IPC two decades of proven experience driving business growth at private and publicly held financial services, technology and telecommunications companies.

Most recently, Craig was Head of Trading Software and Transaction Sales at Fidelity National Information Systems (FIS), where he successfully led multiple business transformations, significantly expanding the company’s diverse customer and revenue base across institutional asset managers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, sell-side firms, public utilities, governments and academia. Prior to FIS, Craig led sales at Fox River ALGO, an algorithmic trading technology and execution solutions brokerage group. He served in business development and executive management roles at State Street Bank and Trust prior to Fox River.

Craig earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Lynn University, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations.

Noah Asher

As IPC’s Chief Financial Officer, Noah Asher oversees the company’s overall finance and accounting functions, as well as the investor relations, treasury and corporate services organizations. He also works with the CEO and other executives to manage strategy, long-term planning and strategic investments. Noah has over 30 years of experience in executive financial and operational roles in numerous multinational corporations and PE sponsored firms spanning multiple industries.

Most recently, Noah was Chief Financial Officer at DMI, a global leader in mobility solutions and digital transformation, where he was responsible for leading all areas of financial operations, planning and analysis. Prior to DMI, Noah served as Chief Financial Officer of CompuCom Systems, a leading provider of managed IT services. At CompuCom, Noah leveraged his strengths and experience in managed services to focus on cash flow optimization, deal pricing and project profitability improvement. His roles prior to CompuCom include Vice President, Finance for Unisys Global Managed Services, CFO at United Communications Group, and Senior Vice President, Finance at Intelsat.

Noah holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts and Sciences, as well as a BS in Economics from the Wharton School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
